I required your services on December 17, 2010 for about a 9am. pickup from my house to Ft. Myers airport. The driver you sent was AMAZING! He was funny, personable, on time, curteous, and beyond my expectations for a great driver. He made the trip fun and soooo easy going. I dont know his name, but he was WONDERFUL!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience... I wish I wrote sooner but things have been busy around here. lol

Hi - I've been meaning to send this email for a couple of weeks now and I'm just getting around to it. I don't know if you have a employee recognition program, but the older gentleman who was my driver on the 6th was fabulous. He was already waiting for me even though I was early and was very courteous and friendly. I don't usually need car service when I fly to Florida, but if I ever do need it, or know of anyone who needs it I will definitely recommend your company to them.

This is such a fantastic service; not only are the owners polite and accommodating, but they actually know how to run a business! After booking, you receive a clear confirmation e-mail and even a few days before you leave, you receive another reminder confirmation e-mail. Then, when you get off the plane, you have a voicemail waiting from the driver with a location. This is absolutely the way a small business should be run. Everyone should be using this service, not to even mention how great their rates are.

On-Time Limo Is The Most: professional , cost efficient, and wholly enjoyable limo service in Florida! I was just dropped off at my home in Naples--this was my second time using OTL's service and I found the driver extremely knowledgeable and a delight to talk casually with. The driver was more than "On-Time"...he was there waiting as soon as I got out of the airport! I have used several limousine services in this area and I have to say that On-Time Limo is by far my favorite!

I've used this limousine service 3 times already.... everytime i need to go to the airport, it's OTL service that I prefer to hire and no one else....why???? Its because they are true to their motto.... which is ON TIME EVERY TIME!.... They make you feel comfortable during the ride. During summer time they offer you a bottle of cold water... Chauffeurs are professionals... They will entertain you and will make the ride a wonderful one. If I may say, they also maintain their cars well (clean inside & out). And most of all the fare is really FAIR!!! I will keep on using this limousine service company ...Guys you will have me as a forever client. :) ....
